Email Shirita Hilts

Shirita Hilts grew up in Baltimore, MD. She came to Virginia in 1994 to attend Hampton University where she earned her BA in English/Early Childhood Education and Master's in Teaching Degrees. Shortly after graduation, she married her college sweetheart and began teaching in Norfolk Public Schools while her husband served in the US Navy. As their family grew, Mrs. Hilts left the classroom to raise her four fantastic children. She is thrilled to return to teaching at DBCS where she can share the love of learning and the love of Christ with the preschoolers.
